Behavioral Health Works in California is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy, track client progress, and engage with families.

We value energy and reliability; we offer flexible part-time hours (10–15 hours per week after 3pm), competitive pay ($21–$28/hr DOE), travel reimbursement, and growth opportunities with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 6 months of recent work with children with developmental disabilities or active RBT certification.
• Must be available at least 4 days a week for 4 hours daily after 3pm.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and engagement with children.
• Adhere to behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
