Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics in Sparta, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, after-school schedule (M-F 2:30-5:30pm). Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will use ABA techniques to encourage skill acquisition and positive behavior change in children.

This paid training program includes mentorship, continued education via Medbridge CEUs, and the potential for visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour RBT training; willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing and documentation are accurate and timely.
• Updates availability in the EMR and notifies your Client Advocate.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
