ivyhealth is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support our ABA program with documentation, billing, and direct interventions under a BCBA. You will help clinicians and families implement evidence-based strategies, while fostering strong relationships with teammates and patients in a pediatric care setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year ABA experience and an active RBT certificate, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.
• Self‑motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing for ABA services.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills through ABA interventions.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients to ensure quality care.
