Job summary

ABA Centers of America is actively hiring for part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) roles across the U.S. This position offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within ABA services.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, teaching essential skills, and recording session data under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression to higher levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience with children/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
