No prior experience is required, with opportunities to learn and grow within the ABA field. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential, with Spanish language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
