aba360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. No experience is required, with opportunities for part-time work and flexible scheduling, including afternoon or evening hours.

Spanish communication is preferred, with emphasis on compassionate care and teamwork. Join a dedicated ABA clinical team and help children with Autism achieve their potential while gaining real-world experience in psychology and behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Able to communicate in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
