Job summary

BlueSprig is actively hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in center-based and home-based settings. The role emphasizes one-on-one and small group sessions, data collection, and progress reporting.

Training is provided, including RBT certification support, with on-site BCBA mentorship, competitive pay, and growth opportunities across 140+ centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and mobility requirements are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for ongoing professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
