Job summary

BlueSprig's Florida Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home settings, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. No ABA experience required—paid training and RBT certification are provided, with on-site mentorship and career growth through RBT levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
