Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Ohio. The role advances through structured training with on-site BCBA support, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Full-time positions include health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and paid holidays. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, teaching essential skills to children with autism, data collection, and regular updates to families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation to client/home sites as needed.
• Weekend availability as optional per scheduling needs.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision.
• Background check and clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
