Job summary

BlueSprig in Georgia is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings, teach communication, social, and self-help skills, and work one-on-one or in small groups with children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
