Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to support our clients with autism through in-home, school, and community-based ABA therapy. The role offers paid training and career growth toward RBT certification, with supervision and a clear advancement path.

Starting BT pay is $22.25/hour, with higher rates for RBTs. Training programs and mentorship are provided to help you pass the RBT exam and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teams, and families.
