Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across the Lynn area. You will teach communication and daily living skills, implement treatment plans under supervision, and track client progress to ensure high-quality care.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and clear pathways to advance from BT to RBT, with support for certification through the ABA Academy of Excellence and BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• Requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Preference: experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
• Preference: prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
