Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking dedicated team members to provide ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics in Peabody, MA. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and document session data to track progress.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, including support through our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam. Candidates should be available flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
