Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic-based settings under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of RBT training within 3 months, and the ability to work with children. Flexible scheduling includes weekdays and Saturday shifts across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete RBT training and obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM- 1:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Manage challenging behaviors per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team.
• Communicate session updates to the BCBA.
• May work in more than one clinic location.
