Job summary

Compleat KiDZ seeks Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required, along with a high school diploma or GED. Travel between clinics and client homes is part of the role, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.
