Job summary

A Better Way ABA in Town of Woodbury, NY is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will build relationships with children and families and help them grow.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy techniques, following individualized treatment plans, data collection, progress tracking, and collaborating with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collect data.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
