Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking an RBT to provide in-clinic one-on-one therapy under BCBA supervision, following ABA protocols to enhance client learning and reduction of challenging behaviors. You will implement shaping, prompting, differential reinforcement, and error correction while recording data and maintaining documentation.

You will train and support parents and caregivers, communicate client progress, and follow safety and privacy policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma.
• RBT certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of ABA, human behavior and performance.
• Knowledge of industry terminology.

Mansioni

• Provide in-clinic one-on-one therapy to assigned client under supervision of BCBA.
• Follow prescribed ABA protocols to increase desired behaviors.
• Implement behavior change programs such as shaping, prompting, differential reinforcement, and error correction.
• Record daily data and graph progress as directed by manager.
• Write objective session notes for service verification.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Communicate progress to parents, caregivers, and BCBA as instructed.
• Adhere to company procedures for client safety, data handling, and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain client dignity and confidentiality at all times.
