Job summary

Key of Life Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide one-on-one therapy for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies, collect accurate data, and follow treatment plans while maintaining confidentiality and a safe therapeutic environment. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (if applicable) and ongoing CEU requirements.
• Ability to collect accurate data and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to work under BCBA supervision and follow treatment plans.
• Commitment to HIPAA and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and increase skills.
• Collect data on client performance and behavior during sessions.
• Follow treatment plans and behavior protocols as designed by the BCBA.
• Communicate client progress and session updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment.
• Attend required trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain RBT certification and complete continuing education.
