Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a dedicated RBT to implement personalized ABA plans and support clients in a structured setting. You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA-guided protocols, and monitor progress through daily data collection and notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must comply with practice policies and ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must perform a variety of physical activities including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan focusing on behavioral improvements and skill development.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols.
• Collect and graph daily data and write objective session notes per standards.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure high-quality program implementation.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers and assist with caregiver training as directed.
• Follow all company procedures and regulatory requirements related to safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times.
