Job summary

Center for Human Services (CHS) in Fulton, MO, seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to support individuals in needs of applied behavioral analytic therapy. You will implement ABA plans, document progress, and collaborate with BCBA and families.

Requirements include 18+ years old, 6 months of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and RBT credentialing within 90 days. Valid driver’s license and CHS training complete the profile.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months+ experience in developmental disabilities field or related role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• BT-Credentialed through BACB within 90 days to become an RBT.
• Must complete CHS HR policy training.
• Obtain Class E driver’s license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Under BCBA supervision, implement ABA therapy to support clients.
• Document daily notes and medical data per treatment plan.
• Provide one-on-one treatment as needed across locations.
• Develop and maintain data collection on progress toward goals.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and HIPAA standards.
