Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Behavioral Technician for part-time, clinic-based 1:1 therapy in Missouri. Requires RBT certification or six months of relevant experience; willing to obtain RBT.

You will implement treatment under BCBA supervision, track progress, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities include delivering targeted therapy, communicating progress to supervisors, and collaborating with the team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification or minimum six months of work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions in a health care environment.
• Willing to get RBT Certification to qualify for the role.
• Part-time position with benefits available for those who qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor and track client data.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
• Collaborate effectively with team and management.
