Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions under a BCBA, helping each learner reach their potential and track progress with data collection.

The role offers a strong benefits package, paid RBT training, and opportunities for growth. Work Monday to Friday with no weekend obligation, and access to daily pay and 401k with matching contributions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days.
• Experience with kids with autism preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete session notes and timesheets, and record data on target behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and update caregivers on progress.
