Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking college graduates to become an ABA Behavior Technician. This role focuses on delivering individualized ABA therapy to children, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and using creativity in play-based therapy to support developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Safety is a priority; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy with children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team to develop customized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity in therapy within a play-based and naturalistic environment.
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings; document progress.

Education
