Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, a New York City-based provider of in-home ABA services, seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children and their families to promote skill development, communication, and independence.

The role involves following treatment plans, collecting data, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure meaningful progress. Flexible evenings/weekends and part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress.
