Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work directly with clients under BCBA supervision to implement personalized intervention plans in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will collect data, apply ABA techniques, and help clients develop communication, social, self-care, and independence skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA techniques and data collection.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive learning environment to promote engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress.
• Communicate progress with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
