Job summary

Headway Services in Mannington Township, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.

This part-time role supports children with autism, helping with communication, socialization and daily living skills, while tracking progress with data collection and collaborating with families. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–12:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
