Headrise ABA in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 6-year-old girl with autism. You will deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA-approved plans and support essential life skills.

The role offers $18-$25 per hour, a $200 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for part-time scheduling. You will collaborate with families and receive guidance from experienced BCBAs to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
