Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism. You will work under a BCBA, collect session data, and participate in ongoing training to strengthen techniques.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA or progress toward a related degree. This position offers day-time hours with opportunities for career growth within a clinician-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
