Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-to-one ABA services for children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting data during sessions in families' homes.

Role requires weekday and weekend availability, ongoing staff training, and strong communication with supervisory staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
