Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency, invites a Behavior Technician to join its network and support children with autism in home-based settings.

You will implement individualized ABA intervention plans, participate in ongoing staff training, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff while working under the supervision of a BCBA. Weekend availability is required and you’ll collect therapy session data.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
