Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of behavioral health or direct patient care experience (e.g., CNA, MA, HCA, teacher's aide).
• Multilingual candidates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Models effective behavior support and positive interactions with client and family.
• Collaborates with clinical team and guides behavior support components considering medical/psychological/environmental factors.
• Meets documentation requirements for state and insurance payers.
• Implements treatment plans and collects data.
• Assists with onboarding new behavior technicians by modeling procedures.
• Provides peer support during shadowing and skill development.
• Maintains proper implementation of behavior intervention procedures.
