Job summary

Heredia Therapy Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to support adolescents with Autism and related disabilities. You will implement ABA-based plans, gather progress data, and assist with parent training in clients' homes and community settings.

The role requires a HS diploma, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Travel within the community is expected, and a background check is required. Competitive $20–$23/hour pay and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective time management and openness to feedback.
• Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in ABA.
• Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress and assist with parent training.
• Support clinical assessments as needed.
