Job summary

Heredia Therapy Group in Riverside, AL is seeking a Behavior Technician to support adolescents with Autism and related developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based intervention plans in clients' homes and in community settings, with occasional clinic work.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role.

As a BT, you’ll:

• Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
• Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.
