Job summary

Compass NOVA is hiring for 1:1 home and clinic-based ABA services for youth with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work with caregivers and participate in trainings and supervision to apply evidence-based ABA within comprehensive treatment plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and clinic-based ABA services for youth under 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Support client’s caregivers through a variety of methods.
• Participate in trainings and clinical supervision focusing on ABA with other therapeutic strategies.
• Work with BCBAs to maximize interventions as per each client’s treatment plan.
