Compass NOVA provides home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders. We seek an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 services for youth under 21, while supporting families and caregivers with training and evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates pursue meaningful, long-term impact through data-driven evaluation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and clinic based ABA services for youth under 21 with ASD or related needs.
• Support caregivers through guidance and training.
• Participate in trainings and supervision focused on ABA methods and data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCA to implement treatment plans.
• Document sessions with clinical notes and data.
