Job summary

Compass NOVA provides home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders in Virginia. As an ABA Behavior Technician you will deliver 1:1 ABA services, support caregivers, participate in trainings and supervision, and work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and an interest in meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, such as Education, Special Education, Psychology.
• Required: High school diploma.
• Required: Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and clinic-based ABA services for youth under 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Support client’s caregivers through a variety of methods.
• Participate in trainings and supervision focusing on a holistic ABA approach.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize intervention effectiveness.
• Document each session through clinical notes and data collection.
