Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups across CARD centers, patients’ homes, schools, or via telehealth, delivering high-quality services with compassion.

You’ll collect data, apply supervisor feedback, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback into each session.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Be flexible across multiple settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
