Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review feedback from Clinical Supervisor and apply it during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and professional conduct.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically in all interactions.
