Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials and keep binder, stimuli, and needed items accessible.
• Arrive on time, dress appropriately, and be ready to engage sessions.
• Complete all tasks associated with therapy sessions.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and protect client information.
• Record data accurately and implement programs as trained.
