Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA services in home and clinic settings. You will work in a supportive, team-driven environment with a clear advancement pathway.

Eligible employees can advance after a few months to Lead or Senior roles with pay up to $24/hour. The company offers benefits, training, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to sit in a child-sized chair or on the floor; move quickly as needed for safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities as part of therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional areas during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials and ensure accessibility of stimuli and resources.
• Arrive on time and dress appropriately for sessions.
• Complete tasks and progress notes by session end.
• Receive supervision and training from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents within 24 hours.
• Maintain client privacy per HIPAA and Gateway policies.
