Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to support ABA treatments under a BCBA supervision. You will assist with documentation, billing, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification or pursuing certification.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism.
• Effectively communicate and develop professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients.
