Job summary

IvyABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to support ABA treatments under a BCBA guidance in Michigan. You will help with documentation, billing, and interventions while assisting clinicians and families.

The role emphasizes communication, adaptability, and delivering effective therapy to children with autism, within a supportive and growth-focused environment offering mentoring and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field is preferred.
• RBT certification or pursuing certification is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation and billing under BCBA supervision.
• Support treatments and interventions for children with autism.
• Communicate professionally with families, teammates and patients.
• Help children and their families learn new skills using ABA techniques.
