Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to assist with documentation, billing, and interventions under a BCBA. You will support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy, while building professional relationships with teammates and patients.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in a therapy setting, RBT certification or pursuit, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques with therapy that is most effective for autism.
