Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Perrysburg, OH is hiring a full-time behavioral health professional to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and related needs in 1:1, 1:2 or small groups.

You will receive supervision from qualified supervisors, complete training, and contribute to developing positive coping skills, data collection, and treatment plans while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health field.
• Preferred College Degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant.
• One to two years of experience working directly with children and families.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health conditions.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance; no more than 5 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and assessments per training and supervisor feedback.
• Implement skills acquisition and behavior modification plans.
• Provide intensive behavioral health services based on individual needs.
• Collect and analyze data following Boundless procedures.
• Attend treatment and educational team meetings.
• Maintain documentation and materials in the learning environment.
