Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Part-Time Regular BE Professional to implement applied behavior analysis services for individuals with autism and related needs in 1:1 or small group settings.

You will receive supervision from qualified supervisors and work within designated programs. Responsibilities include delivering instruction, collecting data, organizing materials, and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in behavioral health.
• Preferred degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience working with children and families (1–2 years).
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
• Experience with behavioral health conditions.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and assessments based on training and supervisor feedback.
• Implement skills acquisition and behavior modification plans.
• Provide intensive behavioral health services to individuals with autism or related needs.
• Collect and analyze data following Boundless procedures.
• Maintain and organize treatment materials and data records.
• Attend treatment and educational team meetings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, external professionals and families.
