Job summary

I Am Boundless in Ohio is hiring a Behavior Technician to implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism and related conditions in 1:1, 1:2, or small group settings. Supervision and training are provided, supporting professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in behavioral health, human services, or mental health field.
• Preferred degree in education, psychology, social work or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities in 1:1, 1:2 or small group settings.
• Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic/behavioral health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings.
• This is a full-time, hourly position.

Education
