Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to implement Individual Support Plans under supervision. You will work in various settings across the region, delivering care in homes, schools, clinics, and community environments.

During training, you’ll gain exposure to diverse learners and settings, with permanent placements after training. Compensation is $21.00–$26.00 per hour with bonus eligibility, and a robust benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years working with children.
• Comfortable with diverse settings and needs.
• Demonstrate strong ABA principles and interventions.
• Proficient in daily documentation and use of tech.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings within the designation region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are not available.
