Care Behavioral Concepts is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy, helping clients build essential skills. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, collect data, report progress, and collaborate with a supportive team while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and community settings.
• Must obtain criminal background clearance and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Accurately record and report session data using data collection tools.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding client progress.
• Uphold HIPAA and professional standards at all times.
