Job summary

Brightleaf Behavioral Support is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Services are delivered in natural environments, including clients' homes and community settings, to promote meaningful skill development and independence.

Technicians will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and utilize behavior management strategies.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with clients and families.
• Communicate progress with supervisors and caregivers.
• Attend required trainings and supervision sessions.
