Brightleaf Behavioral Support is hiring compassionate Behavioral Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Therapies occur in natural environments such as homes and community settings to build meaningful skills and independence.

You will implement plans created by a BCBA, provide one-on-one ABA therapy, and track progress while supporting communication, social, and daily living skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance.

Position Summary

Brightleaf Behavioral Support is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
